Ciclos Fijos de Taladrado CNC (G81/G82/G83/G73)
Generación de bloques de código G compatibles con Fanuc/Haas/ISO para punteado, temporización y desahogo de viruta.
Cycle Selection & Parameters
G83 vs G73: Deep Peck vs Chip Break
G83 (Deep Hole Peck): Retracts completely back to the R-plane between every peck. This clears long stringy chips out of the flutes and allows coolant to refill the hole bottom. Essential for holes deeper than 3× to 4× diameter in ductile steels.
G73 (Chip Break): Backs off only 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm to fracture the continuous ribbon chip, then instantly resumes drilling without exiting. Much faster cycle time, ideal for cast iron, brass, or shallow holes.
G98 vs G99 Clearance Planes
G98: Tool returns to the initial Z plane (e.g. Z50.0) between holes. Use G98 when jumping over clamps, fixtures, or tall workpiece ribs.
G99: Tool retracts only to the R clearance plane (e.g. R2.0). Use G99 on flat plate work to eliminate dead air travel and drastically cut cycle times.
Critical Canned Cycle Rules
Always cancel canned cycles with G80 immediately after the last hole coordinate! Forgetting G80 can cause the machine to execute a drilling motion at the next rapid transit coordinate (such as returning to tool change position), causing an expensive spindle crash.
